Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior designers, including diary
    management, meeting scheduling, and travel arrangements.
  • Assist with the preparation and coordination of project documents, reports, presentations, and client communications. 
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors on behalf of the design team where
    required.
  • Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems related to ongoing and
    upcoming projects.
  • Assist with procurement processes, including quotation collection and tracking orders for project-related materials.
  • Support the preparation of project budgets, timelines, and general administrative
    documentation.
  • Perform other administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the design office.

Job requirement:  applicant must meet following requirement to apply for this job

  • Hold a NZQF L5 or higher qualification in business administration, management, Accountancy, project management, or another relevant field;
  • Have at least three years of relevant administrative or personal assistant work
    experience.
  • Additionally, candidates should demonstrate:
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with efficiency and discretion.
  • Competency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office systems.
  • A professional and proactive attitude towards supporting a busy design team.
