Job description:
- Coordinating with company staff on matters concerning daily operations
- Drafting reports, briefing documents, memos, letters, and other routine paperwork
- Managing confidential files and documents
- Participating in meetings and providing secretarial support as needed
- Organizing the owner’s calendar and arranging travel plans
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing mail, and maintaining records
- Managing customer appointments and meeting arrangements.
- Screening phone calls and responding to inquiries.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, arranging events, and processing expense reports.
- Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open positions.
- Other tasks assigned by the employer
Job pre-requisites:
- At least two years of relevant experience
- Strong attention to details
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent time management skills
