Job description:

  • Coordinating with company staff on matters concerning daily operations
  • Drafting reports, briefing documents, memos, letters, and other routine paperwork
  • Managing confidential files and documents
  • Participating in meetings and providing secretarial support as needed
  • Organizing the owner’s calendar and arranging travel plans
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, managing mail, and maintaining records
  • Managing customer appointments and meeting arrangements.
  • Screening phone calls and responding to inquiries.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks, such as ordering office supplies, arranging events, and processing expense reports.
  • Assisting in sourcing and screening potential candidates for open positions.
  • Other tasks assigned by the employer

 

Job pre-requisites:

  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Strong attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and excellent time management skills
