Our client is looking for a temp for their team based in Ngauranga.

The purpose of this role is to work with your ledger of account holders and clients, many of whom are government agencies, to set expectations and collect payments.

This role is temp while recruiting for the permanent role.

The core responsibilities include:

  • Daily ledger management
  • Monitoring customer accounts
  • Monthly reporting (internal and external)
  • Ensuring debt collection processes are followed 
  • Revenue audits
  • Support Operations Manager/Administration/CSR and wider team

You will have:

  • Experience in Credit Control (ideally) 
  • Administration experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Must have a car or ability to travel to Ngauranga
  • Current right to work in New Zealand
