NS Kiwi Management Limited is looking for FIVE Orchard workers to work on a range of kiwifruit orchards between Katikati and Bethlehem. Must have reliable transport to travel to different locations from Katikati to Bethlehem. Some weekend work is required if time is lost due to rain.

Main Tasks Include:

  • Working on year-round pruning, thinning and training

  • Monitoring orchard condition and recording data

  • Identifying and reporting diseases, pests, and safety hazards

  • Communicating with clients and reporting feedback to NSKM Ltd

  • Monitoring and maintaining chemical spraying and irrigation systems

  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures

  • Working cooperatively with subcontractors and team members

  • Maintaining, cleaning and operating fruit farming infrastructure and equipment and all work areas (sheds and tractors)

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Physically fit for outdoor work

  • A Restricted Driver’s Licence (minimum)

  • Good communication skills

Able to pass a police check and undergo random drug testing

  • Legally entitled to work in NZ

Additional Information:

Start dates may vary depending on orchard schedules
Hours: 30 hours minimum - 40 hours maximum per week (0700-1600), mainly Monday to Friday
