NS kiwi Management limited is looking for two Shift Supervisors who has proved background in a management. As a Supervisor you will be leading the team/customers while ensuring clients receive outstanding service and quality.

This is a full-time job- 32 hours

$30 - $32 per hour

You will be responsible for:

• Ability to work within the budget of running a team.

• Review policies and procedures to make sure services are provided according to standards.

• Liaise with the customers for further business.

• Engage with the team members in regard to their recruitment procedure.

• Manage the team to make sure the customer is according to standards.

• Liaise with the other sub-contractors to make sure the team members follow the procedures and standards.

• Always follow up with the customers for feedback.

• Make sure to comply with the health and safety legislation.

• Allocate the proper PPI to the staff.

• Respond to the customers in a timely manner and resolve any issues according to the expectations and standards.
