Job description:
You will organise and control the motel business to provide guests with satisfactory accommodation and good service.
Your main tasks and duties will include:

Oversee all bookings and reception.

Manage website and online booking platforms.
-
Organise housekeeping, ensure the hygienic of all rooms and overall appearance of the motel both inside and outside.

Provide local tourism information to guests, accommodate special requests if appropriate.

Order supplies, organise maintenance and security measures.
-
Keep record of sales and financial transactions.
-
Obtain guest feedback, resolve any complaint and ensure guest satisfactions.

Identify ways to retain and attract guests.

Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensure staff carries out all duties efficiently.

Prepare roaster and find suitable replacements for staff absence.

Ensure the motel comply with health and safety regulations.

Perform any other related duties.
