We are looking for shift manager to join our team
The objective of this role is to assist the Manager in the development of the store through ensuring the adherence to existing systems which increases sales and promotes the smooth running of the store.
Responsibilities
Financial
Ø Management of financial reports/transactions through daily budgeting
Ø Management of sales targets and KPI
Human Resources
Ø Managing staff
Ø Providing written feed for any improvements or training given to staff
Ø Developing training strategies for new and existing staff
Ø Facilitating training
Ø Actively participate in all meetings and training sessions
Ø Keeps up to date with all Subway training as required by Subway
Operational
Ø Stock control/ordering of stock/preparation of the WISR
Ø Management of food hygiene, safety and other relevant statutory requirements
Ø Shift management
Ø Marketing
Ø Planning, organising, monitoring, and measuring daily and special functions
Ø Receiving deliveries
Ø Preparing orders
Ø Actively working towards achieving 80% or better in Subway and NSF audits
Ø Working shoulder to shoulder with staff in the front line
An ideal applicant must have at least one year of relevant work experience.
We will offer a minimum of 30 hours per week.
