Topline Services Ltd is a trusted Auckland-based cleaning and property maintenance company, delivering high-quality services to both residential and commercial clients. Our team specialises in a wide range of building maintenance and cleaning services — from wall and ceiling repairs to roof water blasting and post-construction deep cleans.

As part of our expanding operations, we are now looking for a couple of experienced Painter to join our property maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, filling cracks and holes
  • Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and protective finishes to interior and exterior surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment
  • Perform touch-ups and repainting as required during property repairs
  • Identify surface types and select appropriate primers and coatings
  • Operate and maintain painting equipment and tools
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members on maintenance and renovation projects across residential homes and commercial buildings

Minimum Qualification and Experience Requirements (must meet at least one):

  • At least one year of relevant work experience in painting, property maintenance, or the construction industry; OR
  • A Level 4 qualification on the New Zealand Qualifications Framework in painting, building, or a related field; OR
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in any field (NZQF Level 7 or above)

Preferred Attributes:

  • Experience in working across both residential and commercial sites
  • Knowledge of surface preparation, colour mixing, and use of finishing products
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a maintenance team
  • Good physical fitness and attention to detail
  • Full or restricted NZ driver’s licence is a plus
