The duties of this position are:

Relevant experience of two years or a relevant qualification

providing advice on hair care, beauty products and hairstyles

Shampooing clients hair as per their needs and requirements

colouring, straightening and permanently waving hair with

chemical solutions

cutting hair with scissors, clippers and razors

Hair styling using different props, dread locks, etc.

shaving and trimming beards and moustaches

Making sure to clean the work area and sanitising instruments and

gadgets used

Making appointments

Collecting payments from their clients

may clean, colour, cut and style wigs and hairpieces

greet guests and assist in taking orders

Strong communication skills

Applicant must be able to do flexible working hours, including weekends, late nights and Public Holidays as the role requires.

Salary range for the position: Around $26.00- $30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
