Chef de Partie

A little bit about the role.  We are a coastal cafe open 7 days per week catering to range of services from breakfast, lunch, dinner and functions.  The ideal candidate will have experience in all these areas.

Pay rate is $27 per hour

Minimum 30 hours per week

Location: Hey Coastie, 42 Tutere St , Waikanae Beach.

Key responsabilities will include preperation of food for service, working a section during service, ensuring that at all times the quality of food and the cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen is at the highest standerd, following your head/sous chefs instructions. A minimum of 2 years experience working in a professional kitchen environment is required for this role.
