We are looking for enthusiastic coaches with proven experience , ability, and relevant qualifications willing to work Various hours including evenings and weekends as well as early mornings and school holidays.

About the role

Create and Implement a high-quality programme that Meets the needs of individual students.

Plan for each activity session to demonstrate progression. 

Create age-appropriate coaching sessions focusing on technique

Lead structured Practices

Provide appropriate mentoring , support and guildance to studentsand parents

 

Skills and Experience

Certificate of teaching swimming or at least one year of relevant experience as swim coach

Knowledge of training students at competitive squad levels

Great with students, families, and communication

 

This is a full-time, permanent role. The work hours are minimum 30 hours per week.

The wage range is $28 - $32 per hour depending on working experience.
