The Store Manager is responsible for the day-to-day running of our stores, including the rostering, training, and coaching of team members, delivering excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, creating business strategies to attract new customers, preparing detailed sales reports and monitoring inventory levels on new stock. This role is ideal for a passionate, hard-working individual, with a commitment to high standards and an interest in learning and developing their skills in our organisation.


Ideal candidates should have at least two-years’ relevant work experience in the fast-food industry or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) and/or a relevant qualification at level of level 4 and above. This is a full-time permanent position currently located at our Grey Lynn Pizza Hut store. Minimum working hours of 40 per week. We are also in the process of possibly acquiring a further store in the Auckland region, therefore there is room for career advancement. Wages rate will range between $30 to $35 per hour depending on prior experience and/or qualification.


Core duties include but are not limited to;
● Provide an excellent level of customer service and drive a customer service culture across the store.
● Be responsible for running shifts and the store/s in an efficient way.
● Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards.
● Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices and specials.
● Promoting and advertising the establishments goods and services.
● Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
● Undertaking budgeting for the establishment.
● Selecting, training and coaching/supervision of staff and drive performance.
● Be part of ordering, managing wastage and controlling labour costs.
● Assist with the overall running and management of a busy fast-food environment.
● Ensure compliance with food safety standard standards.
● Ensure all statutory, as well as establishment, hygiene regulations are strictly adhered to.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role you should be able to work on weekends and will be available on-calls (if required) for this position.
Preference will be given to candidates who are already in New Zealand and have relevant work experience.
All suitable candidates should be able to pass an alcohol and drug test and a Ministry of Justice/Police check when required.
