We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assistant Property Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a keen interest in property management and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Under the guidance of the Senior Property Manager, you will help manage day-to-day tenancy operations and contribute to the smooth running of our property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling and coordinating property inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Support the preparation and administration of lease documentation under supervision.
Communicate with tenants and landlords regarding routine tenancy matters and service requests.
Help monitor rent payments, issue reminders, and escalate overdue accounts to management.
Coordinate with contractors, cleaners, and service providers to ensure timely service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, payments, and property maintenance activities.
Assist with updating property listings on online platforms and support basic marketing activities.
Contribute to strategic planning and reporting under the supervision of the Senior Property Manager
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor or higher qualification in Management AND at least 5 years of relevant experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of tenancy law and property management processes is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is advantageous
