Warehouse All-Rounder – Onehunga
$30–$35 per hour (depending on experience) | Day Shift | Full-Time
We’re on the hunt for a reliable, experienced Warehouse All-Rounder to join a small but tight-knit team in Onehunga. This is a sole charge role, so we’re looking for someone who’s confident working independently and thrives on taking ownership of their work.
What they do:
Our client recycles clothing, shoes, and textiles – giving them a second life by turning them into useful products like foam, chairs, airplane and car seats, and more. If you're passionate about sustainability and enjoy a hands-on role, this could be a great fit.
What you’ll be doing:
  • Handling all aspects of warehouse operations – inwards/outwards goods, dispatch, and pick-packing
  • Labouring is a big part of this role – you must be comfortable with physically demanding work and able to lift up to 30kgs regularly
  • Using computers to track stock, manage shipments, and organise deliveries
  • Speaking with clients, freight companies, and team members to ensure smooth logistics
  • Keeping the warehouse organised and running efficiently
What we’re looking for:
  • Solid hands-on warehousing experience – you’ve done it all and can run the show solo
  • A current forklift license (F endorsement a bonus)
  • A full driver’s license
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 30kgs
  • Confident using warehouse systems/computers
  • Great communication – comfortable chatting with clients and the team
  • Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Someone who’s not afraid to speak up, pitch in, and have a laugh
