We’re on the hunt for a reliable, experienced Warehouse All-Rounder to join a small but tight-knit team in Onehunga. This is a sole charge role, so we’re looking for someone who’s confident working independently and thrives on taking ownership of their work.

Our client recycles clothing, shoes, and textiles – giving them a second life by turning them into useful products like foam, chairs, airplane and car seats, and more. If you're passionate about sustainability and enjoy a hands-on role, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing:
- Handling all aspects of warehouse operations – inwards/outwards goods, dispatch, and pick-packing
- Labouring is a big part of this role – you must be comfortable with physically demanding work and able to lift up to 30kgs regularly
- Using computers to track stock, manage shipments, and organise deliveries
- Speaking with clients, freight companies, and team members to ensure smooth logistics
- Keeping the warehouse organised and running efficiently
- Solid hands-on warehousing experience – you’ve done it all and can run the show solo
- A current forklift license (F endorsement a bonus)
- A full driver’s license
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 30kgs
- Confident using warehouse systems/computers
- Great communication – comfortable chatting with clients and the team
- Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
- Someone who’s not afraid to speak up, pitch in, and have a laugh
- Work with a friendly, down-to-earth team
- Feel good knowing your work supports a recycled, sustainable product
- Varied and hands-on role where no two days are the same
