Stream Construction Limited is an Auckland based construction company, due to business need, they are looking for a construction site supervisor to join their team.

The position is a full time permanent position with guaranteed 30 hours per week.

The main job responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites to ensure smooth workflow.

  • Coordinate workers and subcontractors, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications.

  • Inspect work quality and materials to maintain high standards.

  • Manage site logistics, including delivery schedules and equipment usage.

  • Resolve on-site issues, such as delays, disputes, or unexpected challenges.

  • Maintain documentation, including safety reports, progress logs, and incident records.

  • Communicate with stakeholders, including project managers, architects, and client

To be sucessfull, you will need to

  1. Diploma or above qualification
  2. minimum 2 years working experience could substitute the qualification requirement
  3. Team management skill
