As the Store Manager your primary responsibility is for the smooth operations operating and ensure the store builds and maintain its reputation for providing excellent customer service to encourage, develop and maintain customer loyalty.

The Store Manager is responsible for the profitable operating of the store and ensure growing retail sales in all categories and for identifying and implementing best practice in all functions of the business.

You as the Store Manager is expected to be first and foremost a leader of

the team, to lead by example, through actions and by maintenance of excellent relationships, disciplines and processes.

This position ensures competent capable employees are recognized and developed through ongoing training

> Minimal 1 year plus Management experience required

> A qualification at a level 6 or above

> Wages/salary $32 per hour for all hours worked
