Green Healthy Food Ltd is seeking a Duty Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional customer service for our customers.

Job Description

Your day-to-day work will involve:

  • Collaborating with chefs to develop menus
  • Managing and conduction special events
  • Overseeing the purchase and cost control of goods within budget limits
  • Keeping accurate records of inventory levels and financial transactions
  • Ensuring the dining area meets health standards and is clean, well-maintained, and presentable
  • Engaging with customers to evaluate their satisfaction with food and service
  • Recruiting, training, and supervising kitchen and service staff
  • Handling reservations, welcome guests, and help with order taking

Applicants for this role should have:

  • Diploma in business-related field, mangement related work experience (3 years at least) or bachelor degree in any major is required
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to anticipate and meet the needs of discerning diners
  • Proficient in financial management, including budget planning, cost control, and inventory management
  • The highest standards of food and occupational safety and hygiene
  • A can do and professional attitude

This is a great opportunity for a diverse and challenging role in a fast-paced environment. Remuneration is negotiable for the right candidate, between $30.00 -$35.00 per hour depending on the number of experiences and qualifications.
