We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence, generate qualified leads, and connect with communities locally and internationally.

 

What You’ll Do:

1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns

  • Support the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans for various immigration services and programs.

  • Coordinate seasonal or service-specific campaigns.

  • Identify opportunities for brand partnerships, online communities, and referral growth.

2. Content Creation & Management

  • Develop engaging, accurate, and culturally sensitive content for web, social media, newsletters, and print materials.

  • Write client-focused blog posts, landing page content, FAQs, and success stories.

  • Collaborate with design or freelance resources to create brochures, graphics, and videos.

3. Digital Marketing & Social Media

  • Manage and optimise the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

  • Plan and execute paid ad campaigns via Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads.

  • Monitor engagement, adjust strategies based on performance, and recommend improvements.

4. Lead Generation & CRM Integration

  • Work with the sales and consulting team to align marketing activities with lead generation goals.

  • Track leads through CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or custom systems), segment audiences, and nurture prospects via email campaigns.

  • Analyse conversion data and suggest funnel improvements.

5. Event Coordination & Promotion

  • Assist in organising online and in-person events, such as information sessions, webinars, or community outreach initiatives.

  • Promote events through email marketing, digital ads, and partnerships with cultural or education organisations.

6. Market Research & Analytics

  • Conduct market research on immigration trends, client behaviour, and competitive positioning.

  • Track and report KPIs (traffic, conversion rates, CPL, ROI) with actionable insights.

  • Stay updated on immigration-related news that may influence marketing messaging.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields OR

  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in service-based industries

  • Strong writing, editing, and communication skills

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, Canva)

  • Familiarity with immigration services or multicultural audiences is a plus

  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail and time management skills
