Forklift Driver & Team Supervisor

Position Available: Forklift Driver

Number of Positions Available: 1
Location: Waikato Region
Payrate: $29 to $32 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work: 30 per week
Maximum Hours of Work: 40 per week

Key Requirements:

• A Level 4 or above qualification, Or at least 3 years or more of experience  Or Valid forklift operator certificate/license.

• Good knowledge of workplace safety procedures and load handling

• Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move produce, pallets, containers, and materials across farms or storage facilities

• Load/unload vehicles and stack goods securely to protect products

• Carry out pre-start safety checks and basic daily maintenance

• Coordinate with logistics or warehouse operations to ensure smooth goods flow

• Maintain workplace cleanliness and safety protocols

• Report faults or incidents and adhere to on-site biosecurity and safety measures

Position Available: Team Supervisor

Number of Positions Available: 1
Location: Waikato Region
Payrate: $27 to $30 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work: 40 per week
Maximum Hours of Work: 50 per week

Key Requirements:

• A Level 3 or above qualification, or at least 1 year or above of experience.

• Excellent communication skills and leadership capabilities.

• Practical understanding of on-farm health & safety and team coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate multiple crews performing orchard, farm, or site maintenance tasks

• Allocate daily tasks and manage workforce schedules to meet seasonal demands

• Monitor team performance and deliver quality control checks on work completed

• Ensure compliance with health and safety, biosecurity, and company policies

• Report progress and any operational issues to senior management

• Provide on-site training for safe, efficient work procedures and machinery use

• Assist with inventory tracking for maintenance supplies, equipment, and consumables
