Driver

As a driver, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to drive both taxis and courier vans.

Employment Type: Full Time / Permanent
Hourly Pay Rate: NZ$ 25.00 - NZ$ 28.00
Location: Queenstown / Otago Region, New Zealand

Key Responsibilities:

● Transportation of passengers/goods safely and in a timely manner

● Handling cash transactions and electronic payments

● Maintaining a clean, safe and mechanically-sound vehicle at all times

● Adhering to all traffic and company regulations

● Offering excellent customer service and handling customer queries / complaints professionally

● Submitting incident reports when needed

● Performing other related duties as and when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Hold a full, clean New Zealand driving licence, or an ability to get one

● If from oustide of New Zealand, must have held a valid driving license for the last 2 years and should be able to convert / upgrade to a New Zealand Driving License

● Hold at least 3 years of work experience in driving or any other customer facing / customer service role / entry level hospitality management role

● Ability to use using mobile apps / computer systems suitable for logistics operations

● Ability to navigate efficiently using smart navigation skills like Google Maps, etc.

● Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays

● Functional level of spoken and written English

● Physically fit and able to lift and carry parcels up to 20kg
