We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Auckland. If you are passionate about customer service, business operations, and leading a team, we want to hear from you! It is a full-time permanent role with minimum guaranteed 30 hours of work per week

Requirements:

Level-7 Qualification in Business Management OR 3 years Experience as a Store Manager. 

Exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Food safety certification is a plus.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily store operations
  • Supervise, train, and motivate team members
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food standards
  • Deliver excellent customer service and resolve complaints
  • Develop staff rosters and ensure appropriate staffing levels
  • Monitor sales performance and implement improvements
  • Report to business owner on KPIs and store Performance. 
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency.
