OPTIMUS ACCESS LIMITED, based in Flat Bush, Auckland. We are looking for three full-time SCAFFOLDERS to join our team.

As a SCAFFOLDER with our company, you will be working a minimum of 30 hours per week, and you will be responsible for:

Main Duties:

  • Helping to set up and take down scaffolding under supervision.
  • Loading and unloading scaffolding from trucks using forklifts.
  • Calculating loads and designing the right scaffold for each job.
  • Checking worksites for hazards.
  • Ordering and arranging transport for scaffolding parts.
  • Building scaffolding structures.
  • Inspecting scaffolding regularly for safety and making repairs if needed.
  • Checking and maintaining scaffolding equipment.
  • Taking down scaffolding when the job is done.

About you:

  • Minimum one year scaffolder experience required. On site training will be provided.
  • NZQF Level 2 or 3 qualification may substitute work experience. 
  • Physically fit with a clear criminal record.
