What you’ll be doing:
- Leading and coordinating a dedicated acute mental health team
- Supporting clinical service delivery and employee supervision
- Managing a caseload while overseeing others’ clinical workflow
- Helping shape care that genuinely meets patient needs
- Current NZ Nursing Registration and Annual Practising Certificate
- Extensive mental health experience, ideally in acute and community settings
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confidence in managing complex clinical situations
- Full NZ Driver’s Licence
- A grounded, humorous, and collaborative approach
