Job Description:
The role will include, but not limited to:

Interpret construction drawings and specifications to determine appropriate materials and installation methods.

Use chainsaws to cut materials and employ tools such as drills to assemble and secure components.

Repair existing timber structures using equipment like chainsaws and electric planers.

Construct the structural framework of buildings and other related structures.

Erect framing for walls and roofs, install floorboards, and ensure structural accuracy and alignment.

Install fascia boards, roof sheathing, ceiling battens, and fit external cladding, window frames, and door units.

Assemble pre-cut timber components to form complete structures and fittings ready for installation.

Create wood joints using tools including chainsaws and other carpentry equipment.

May be involved in constructing concrete formwork as part of building foundations or structures.
-
May also work with materials such as plastic laminates, Perspex, or various metals depending on the project requirements.

Perform other related duties as reasonably assigned by the business owner or company director.
Job pre-requisites:

At least 2 years’ relevant working experience with verified evidence

Relevant qualifications are preferable but not a must
-
Physical fitness and could handle the heavy workload
-
Quality workmanship and eye for detail

Strong dedication to health and workplace safety。

Excellent interpersonal skills to work with other team members.

Strong ability to work independently
