Join G&Light Homes – a fast-growing residential construction and property development company. We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team in Auckland. This role is ideal for someone with qualifications or experience in digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion.
Location: Auckland, New Zealand
Hours per week: Minimum 30 hours
Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Hourly rate: $32 to $36 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to support company growth in construction and property development.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns across TradeMe, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, and company website.
- Create engaging content, including short videos, social media posts, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand visibility.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and new business opportunities.
- Manage the promotion of house and land packages and building materials through online and offline channels.
- Organise and promote brand events, workshops, and developer activities to engage target audiences.
- Analyse marketing data and campaign performance to improve campaign effectiveness and lead conversion.
- Manage marketing budgets and timelines to deliver projects efficiently and on schedule.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field (such as Marketing, Digital Media Design, Advertising, etc.) OR at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Solid understanding in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
- Skills in video editing, graphic design, or visual communication are highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English; ability to speak Chinese or Korean is a plus but not mandatory.
