We are looking for three experienced Thai Massage Therapists to join our team.

Requirements 

The successful applicants must have one of the following requirements.

• At least 2 years of related experience , OR

• A related qualification (at NZ Register Diploma level or higher, overseas qualifications must be comparable to the standard of the New Zealand qualification), OR

• The National Skill Standard Testing Level 1 (Traditional Thai Massage) from Thailand

Job Descriptions

  • Manipulating the body's soft tissues, including muscles, tendons, and ligaments, to aid in healing.

  • Applying various massage techniques to boost athletic performance and prevent injuries.

  • Providing treatments to induce relaxation, enhance circulation, and alleviate muscle tension.

  • Evaluating and treating specific soft tissue issues and offering rehabilitation guidance.

  • Using additional methods related to Thai massage, along with complementary aids such as infrared lamps, wet compresses, ice, essential oils, and herbal and mineral therapies, to support recovery.

  • Assessing clients' physical conditions and medical histories, and recommending stretching exercises and relaxation methods.

  •  This is a full-time and permanent position

  • Wage payment ranges from $27 to $35 per hour, depending on your experience and skills. Payment is made weekly.

  •  Holiday pay and sick leave will be paid according to the law
  •  You will be working at 51 Victoria Street, Cambridge
  •  We open from Wednesday to Monday 9.00 am – 7.00 pm
  • You will work according to a roaster 5 - 6 days each week with a guarantee of 30 hours
