We are currently seeking three full‑time, experienced Floor Installers to join our Auckland team and bring this premium product to life.

 

 

As a Floor Installer at Bosen Floors, you will be responsible for accurately measuring, cutting, and installing resilient floor coverings—including vinyl, SPC/ABA flooring—ensuring high-quality, long-lasting finishes across both residential and commercial projects.

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week and maximum 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure areas and interpret plans to calculate material requirements.

  • Prepare and level substrates; remove trims and old flooring as needed.

  • Cut and fit underlay and flooring materials (SPC/ABA planks).

  • Precisely lay planks—matching patterns, trimming around fixtures, securing edge trims.

  • Install skirtings, transition strips, and trims at doorways and edges.

  • Sand, stain, and finish timber surfaces where applicable.

  • Follow health and safety protocols to ensure safe working environments.

Requirements for the job:
To be right for this role, you need to meet one of the below:
A qualification at NZQF Level 3 or above
OR
At least 12 months of relevant work experience


On-the-job-training will be given to you.
