Buffett Buffet in New Market is looking for 2 Chinese cuisine Chefs

You are required to have at least 2 years relevant Chinese cuisine cooking working experiences or relevant Chinese cuisine cooking level 4 qualification 

Your responsibilities: 

1, planning menus, estimating food and labour costs and ordering food supplies 

2, monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation 

3, discussing food preparation issues with Managers and kitchen and waiting staff

4, demonstrating techniques and advising on cooking procedures

5, preparing and cooking food 

6, explaining and enforcing hygiene regulations 

7, may train staff 

8, may freeze and preserve foods

We provide you:

  • Good pay rates & Weekly pay 
  • 8% annual leave, kiwi saver if applicable and sick leave 
  • full time minimum 30 hours per week 
  • pay 29NZD to 38NZD per hour based on your skills
