We are a boutique New Zealand-based education consultancy agency specialising in student recruitment and education partnerships. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Marketing Specialist to lead our business development initiatives targeting the oversea education and training market.
This is a full time permanent position with guarantted minimum 30 working hours per week.
The main job responsibilities include but not limited to:
Market Research & Analysis
- Identify trends and demand in international education and travel sectors
- Analyze target demographics for student and visa service
- Monitor competitor offerings and pricing strategies
Campaign Development
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns promoting overseas study programs, visa services, and short-term visit packages
- Develop promotional materials tailored to different regions and cultural audiences
Digital & Social Media Marketing
- Manage online presence across platforms (e.g., WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Facebook etc.)
- Create content that highlights visa success stories, study opportunities, and travel experiences
- Optimize SEO and SEM strategies to attract international clients
Client Engagement & Communication
- Coordinate webinars, info sessions, and Q&A events for prospective students and travelers
- Respond to inquiries and guide clients through the visa and study application process
- Build relationships with educational institutions and travel partners
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and maintain a consistent brand image for the agency
- Position the agency as a trusted expert in overseas education and immigration support
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with visa consultants, education advisors, and legal teams
- Support cross-functional initiatives to improve client experience and service delivery
To be successful, you will need to
