At Fast Fix Panel and Paints Limited, We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager who has an interest in developing a career in New Zealand. You will be required to work at the workshop with option of onsite parking.

The Role will include the following duties

Tasks Include:

  •  developing and reviewing policies, programs and procedures
    concerning customer relations and goods and services provided
  • ensuring operational efficiency within company
  •  providing direction and feedback to team members and assisting
    with recruitment process
  • managing, motivating and developing staff to provide customer service too with rest of the job duties for great experiance
  • planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up customer satisfaction, ensure performance of goods purchased, and modify and improve services provided
  • liaising with other Stake holder like organisational units, service agents and
    customers to identify and respond to customer expectations in timely manner
