FV Investment Ltd, T/A FVI Construction. We specialize in building quality homes, delivering personalized service, and expert craftsmanship to create spaces that perfectly suit your lifestyle and needs. We now need three Painters to join our busy team.

Job Duties:
• Setting up scaffolding and ladders, and laying down drop sheets to protect nearby areas from paint splashes.
• Apply paint, vinyl, and wallpaper, including special papers and fabrics, to walls, furniture, and structures.
• Examine and maintain painted exterior and interior painted surfaces, trimming, and fixtures.
• Prepare surfaces and apply paints, stains, shading stains, and clear finishes.
• Remove previous paint using sandblasting, scraping, sanding, hydroblasting, and steam cleaning.
• Inspect and refurbish wall surfaces using the appropriate materials.
• Determine, cut, and apply wallpaper or fabric to walls.
• Order paint supplies and materials.
• Apply wood finishing by suitably preparing the surface.
• Operate and maintain various painting-related power and hand tools.
• Follow established protection procedures.
• Clean up the job site after work and return equipment and tools.
• Maintain a clean work environment.

Requirements for this role:
•Have at least two years of work experience in construction work. 

•A construction-related certificate, or a bachelor's degree in any major, can replace the work experience requirement.
•Have good communication and coordination skills.
•Have an attention to detail. 
•Be able to work both as a team and independently.
•Have your own transport.
