Are you an experienced Excavator Operator with a Class 2 licence looking for reliable work, competitive pay, and long-term opportunities? We’re hiring motivated and skilled operators to support major civil infrastructure projects across Auckland.

As an Excavator Operator, you’ll be operating heavy machinery to assist in earthworks, site development, drainage, roading, and general civil works. You’ll be a vital member of the crew, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently. This is a full-time temporary role, with long-term opportunities for the right candidates.�� Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery such as excavators (GPS experience a bonus), loaders, and rollers

  •  


Perform trenching, grading, backfilling, and land preparation

  •  


Work closely with site supervisors and other crew to meet project goals

  •  


Follow site plans, health & safety procedures, and daily machine inspections

  •  


Support with general labouring duties as required? Requirements:

  •  


Proven experience operating excavators on civil sites

  •  


Valid Class 2 licence (Class 4, WTR, and other endorsements a bonus)

  •  


Understanding of construction site safety protocols

  •  


Reliability, teamwork, and a good work ethic

  •  


Physical fitness and willingness to assist with manual work when required�� What We Offer:
