Payrate: $32 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
    or

  • A Level 4 or above qualification in a related field.

  • Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and team supervision

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the cleaning business across multiple client sites

  • Manage cleaning schedules, allocate tasks, and supervise cleaning teams to ensure service standards are met

  • Train new staff on cleaning procedures, equipment use, and health & safety compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of timesheets, job completions, and client feedback

  • Monitor stock levels and order cleaning supplies and PPE as needed

  • Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any service issues promptly

  • Conduct quality checks and site audits to ensure compliance with contract standards

  • Ensure all operations align with health and safety regulations and workplace policies

  • Prepare operational reports for business owners or senior management
