Retail Floor Worker

Position Available: Retail Floor Worker

Number of Positions Available: 2
Location: Te Puke, Bay of Plenty Region
Payrate: $25 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

• At least 6 months of experience in retail, customer service, or supermarket environment (preferred)
  or

• Level 2 or above qualification in retail services or a related field

• Ability to communicate clearly and provide friendly, helpful service to customers

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and product recommendations

• Maintain clean, organised, and well-stocked retail shelves and displays

• Operate POS systems, handle EFTPOS and cash transactions accurately

• Unpack and restock inventory, rotate products, and check expiry dates

• Assist in receiving deliveries and maintaining stockroom organisation

• Follow store safety, hygiene, and security procedures

• Support team members to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
