We are looking for 4 Full Time Beauty Therapists to join our busy & dynamic team at
Dunedin. You should be confident in working on your own to do treatments at a high
standard & with confidence.

The business is open Mon-Sun, so you must be available to work rostered shifts. It's a
Full-time position & hours would range from 30 to 40 hours. We offer a competitve
salary between $25 and $28, depending upon experience.

Job Description:
The Tasks you will complete are:

  • discussing client needs, analysing skin characteristics and advising on suitable
    skin care, treatments and application of make-up
  • applying general cosmetic and corrective make-up
  • performing manicures and pedicures including decorative nail art, application of
    artificial nails, nail repair, and other specialised hand and foot treatments
  • performing facial and body treatments such as massages
  • treating unwanted hair through waxing, bleaching, tinting, depilation and
    electrolysis
  • evaluating beauty therapy processes and products
  • receiving bookings, arranging appointments and maintaining client records
  • providing advice on and selling cosmetic products

You will need to have:

  • Hard-working & Positive Attitude
  • To be a Fast & Quick Learner
  • To be free from drug and criminal history
  • Ability to work rostered Hours
  • To work independently as a team member
  • Customer service oriented & vibrant personality
  • At least two years of experience, or a relevant level 4 qualification (or higher)
  • Having experience in Nail work (Manicures and Pedicures) would be
    advantageous
