### **Key Responsibilities**

As an Aluminium Joiner, you will:

* Read and interpret technical drawings and job specifications
* Measure, cut, fabricate, and assemble aluminium components to high standards
* Operate fabrication machinery and hand/power tools safely and efficiently
* Install aluminium joinery (windows, doors, frames) on site when required
* Perform glazing, sealing, and finishing tasks as specified
* Conduct quality inspections and adhere to company safety protocols
* Maintain workshop and equipment in a clean, organized, and safe state

### **Skills & Experience Required**

* Minimum **2 years’ experience** in aluminium joinery or fabrication
* Proficiency reading and working from technical drawings
* Skilled in operating fabrication tools (saws, routers, CNC, glazing equipment)
* Strong attention to detail, finishing, and measurement accuracy
* NZ residency or valid NZ work visa
* Full NZ driver’s license (preferred)
* Commitment to health, safety, and quality workmanship
