Chef cum Motel Manager x 3

Kiwi Realtech Limited T/A Featherston Motel and Camping at Featherston provide its customers all motel related and laundry services.

• Looking for Individuals to fill 3 positions as motel caretaker/manager/chef at Featherston Motel.
• Reporting to the Directors who have overall oversight of all Motel functions the Motel Caretaker/Manager has responsibility for the efficient and effective maintaining
• These are full-time permanent position with minimum 30 hours of work per week.

Location- 4 Fitzerherbert street Featherston - 5710 NZ.

Key duties and Responsibilities:

• Greeting motel Guests and  check-in Check-out, processing payments if any and answer any booking enquires to walking customers. 
• Ensure the Cleaning of the Motel units are done and the rooms are set for the next guests in a timely manner.
• Assist and oversee all areas of the property including property maintenance
• Ensure Motel lawns are maintained regularly.
• Ensure washing machines and dryers at the premises for motel guests and local customers are emptied on regular basis.
• Ensure that the property is secure including the reception office with a notice for visitors and an invitation to telephone the manager on his Cell phone.
• Serve breakfast to guests staying in our motel. Expertise in Indian cusine and other cusines.
