Position: Shop Manager

Description:

- Organises and controls the operations of the shop
- Determines product mix, stock levels and service standards
- Formulates and implements purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices
- Promotes and advertises the establishment's goods and services
- Maintains records of stock levels and financial transactions
- Undertake budgeting for the establishment
controlling selection, training and supervision of staff
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

 

Job pre-requisites:

Relevant 3 years experience or relevant qualification

30 to 50 hours per week

Hourly Rate: 28 to 35
