Golden Age NZ Ltd, based in Auckland, is a dynamic and fast-growing company specializing in high-quality farm products. As we expand into a range of farm-related sectors and projects, we’re seeking a visionary internal auditor to ensure assurance on the effectiveness of risk management. 

 

The Internal Auditor will ensure projects adhere to regulatory standards, company policies, and financial integrity while optimizing resource utilization and mitigating risks.

Qualifications & Skills: 

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Certification: CA, CPA, CIA, or equivalent.

Experience: 3+ years in internal auditing, preferably in project finance.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in auditing standards (IIA) and risk assessment frameworks.
  • Knowledge of NZ regulatory environment and financial reporting (Xero, MYOB, or ERP systems).

Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.

Communication: Excellent report writing and presentation skills, bilingual is an advantage

Preferred

  • Experience auditing large-scale projects in Auckland/NZ.
  • Familiarity with ESG/sustainability auditing.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., ACL, Power BI).
