We are a fast-growing Airbnb property management company based in Queenstown, and weβre seeking a hands-on, detail-focused Assistant Manager to oversee housekeeping and property operations across our portfolio.
β¨ Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily housekeeping schedules across multiple short-term rental homes

Supervise and support cleaning teams; conduct regular quality checks

Train and onboard new cleaning staff to meet company standards
-
Monitor and manage inventory: linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies

Liaise with guests and assist with check-ins/outs when needed

Report maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors

Support the Operations Manager in ensuring excellent guest experiences
β Requirements:

Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning team leadership, or hotel operations

Proven ability to manage staff and maintain high cleaning standards

Excellent attention to detail and time management
-
Friendly, reliable, and proactive team player

Tech-savvy β able to use basic scheduling tools, messaging apps, and checklists

Valid Driver Licence

Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand

Based in Queenstown (or able to relocate quickly)
