Are you an experienced housekeeping professional looking to take the next step in your career?
We are a fast-growing Airbnb property management company based in Queenstown, and we’re seeking a hands-on, detail-focused Assistant Manager to oversee housekeeping and property operations across our portfolio.


✨ Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily housekeeping schedules across multiple short-term rental homes

  • Supervise and support cleaning teams; conduct regular quality checks

  • Train and onboard new cleaning staff to meet company standards

  • Monitor and manage inventory: linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies

  • Liaise with guests and assist with check-ins/outs when needed

  • Report maintenance issues and coordinate with contractors

  • Support the Operations Manager in ensuring excellent guest experiences


βœ… Requirements:

  • Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning team leadership, or hotel operations

  • Proven ability to manage staff and maintain high cleaning standards

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Friendly, reliable, and proactive team player

  • Tech-savvy – able to use basic scheduling tools, messaging apps, and checklists

  • Valid Driver Licence

  • Must have the legal right to work in New Zealand

  • Based in Queenstown (or able to relocate quickly)
