As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a Marketing Specialist to join our passionate team and drive growth through innovative, targeted marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and strengthen the company’s brand system, including brand strategy, visual identity, and communication guidelines, to enhance ALI Education’s presence and influence in international markets.
  • Advise internal teams on advertising strategies to reach key markets, enhance brand awareness, and highlight program benefits.

  • Provide actionable advertising strategy recommendations for Chinese and South Asian markets. Implement marketing tactics and promotional activities to drive program visibility and student enrollment.
  • Conduct in-depth research in China’s key markets and South Asia to identify trends, understand student needs, and gather insights on competitors, informing strategic decisions and marketing approaches.

  • Provide input on pricing, promotions, and distribution channels for education services.

  • Track and report on campaign performance and student engagement data, offering insights to improve results.

  • Advise on pricing, promotions, and distribution channels tailored to the China and South Asia education services landscape. Monitor campaign performance and student engagement metrics, using data to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

  • Create, manage, and regularly update content across digital and social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), while placing a strong emphasis on building presence on Chinese platforms (e.g., WeChat, Douyin, Xiaohongshu).

  • Plan and execute a variety of promotional events and exhibitions—both virtual and in-person, domestic and international—including the creation of marketing materials (brochures, digital content, visuals, multimedia), event setup, presentation delivery, and on-the-ground execution.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or

  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in business management, marketing, communications, or a related field.

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

  • Passion for education and cross-cultural engagement.

  • Experience or knowledge in the Chinese and South East Asia education market
