Salary: $27–$32 per hour
Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week, roster-based schedule


About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and skilled ICT Hardware Technician (2 positions) to join our team in Lincoln. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of computer hardware and peripheral devices to support smooth and efficient IT operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and configure ICT hardware, including desktops, laptops, and smart devices
  • Conduct testing, fault diagnosis, and repairs on ICT devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers, and network hardware
  • Install, configure, and maintain network systems, servers, and related infrastructure

Key Requirements:

  • at least 1 year of relevant experience or relevant qualification at level 5 or above which may be an equivalent international qualification. An NZQA assessment is not required.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking components, and peripheral equipment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
