Payrate: $31.61 – $34 per hour
Minimum Hours of Work Per Week: 30
Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
    or

  • A Level 4 or higher relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple horticultural sites

  • Supervise teams involved in planting, pruning, thinning, spraying, and harvesting

  • Monitor crop health, pest and disease issues, and irrigation systems

  • Allocate daily tasks and manage workforce schedules

  • Ensure adherence to health and safety, food safety, and employment compliance

  • Train and support staff on horticultural techniques and safe equipment use

  • Maintain accurate records of productivity, staff hours, and orchard activity

  • Report regularly to upper management on site progress and performance

Position Available: Machine Operator

Maximum Hours of Work Per Week: 40

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience.
    or

  • A Level 4 or above relevant qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate orchard tractors, mulchers, sprayers, mowers, or forklifts as required

  • Carry out machine-assisted spraying, mulching, and orchard floor maintenance

  • Perform daily equipment safety checks and basic machinery maintenance

  • Assist with transporting materials and support crews with seasonal operations

  • Follow orchard safety protocols and GPS or mapping systems if applicable

  • Report any mechanical faults, hazards, or maintenance issues promptly
