The Role

  • Leading all aspects of kitchen operations: prep, cooking, plating, and hygiene

  • Managing food costs, stock ordering, and supplier relationships

  • Ensuring all food safety standards are met

  • Creating a positive and efficient kitchen environment

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Self-motivated, well-organised, and confident running a kitchen solo

  • Excellent attention to detail and time management

  • Reliable, positive attitude and strong communication skills
