What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and inspiring a talented finance team, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
  • Driving team and individual development with a focus on sustainability, succession planning, and cross-functional skills.
  • Managing daily financial operations and overseeing month-end processes in collaboration with your finance team.
  • Delivering accurate and timely financial reports—monthly and annually.
  • Partnering closely with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategy.
  • Playing a key role in finance projects and process improvements that shape the future of the company.

What You Bring:

  • At least 5 years' post-qualification experience, with proven leadership in finance teams.
  • CA or equivalent membership (Chartered Accountant or relevant professional body).
  • A detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for process and accuracy.
  • Solid experience with Microsoft Suite and modern IT systems (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint).
