We have been BUZZed and currently seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to assist in the running of the kitchen operations. The hotel is in it's peak season, with record numbers of diners needs to be feed!. The successful candidates will be a qualified and highly experienced Chef de Partie. A passion for food, a "quality" focus and the will to learn and grow in this young but fun environment. The business has a busy summer ahead and the time will fly. You will need to be confident on a la carte and banqueting. Hotel experience is preferred but not essential.
