This role helps to ensure our operation is technically compliant in all aspects, including Food Safety and Health and Safety. Ensuring both internal and external customer and NZ Food Safety Authority expectations for quality and compliance are met, through auditing and reporting on company systems.

At least 2 years experience required, or a Bachelor's Degree or higher.

Overtime rates apply.

This key role performs plant reality checks and undertakes tasks as required by the Compliance Manager. You will be supported by the QC team and other QAs.  

Key tasks include:

  • food safety, compliance, and plant efficiency audits.
  • Plant reality checks are performed within certain timeframes with follow-up actions being taken as/when required.
  • Assisting the Compliance Manager as/when required.
  • Designated issues raised by MPI are actioned.
  • Quality policies are implemented and quality initiatives are supported.
  • Product testing.
  • Compliance and audit records are maintained.
