Despatch Manager – Lead Logistics with Precision and Purpose
Location: Onehunga, Auckland

We’re currently seeking a capable and motivated Despatch Manager to oversee all aspects of our despatch and receipts area in Onehunga, Auckland. This is a key role, ensuring the seamless flow of raw materials and finished goods while maintaining high standards of accuracy, communication, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee inwards and outwards goods, ensuring all stock is received, stored, picked, and dispatched accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate closely with production teams to supply materials and maintain workflow
  • Manage freight providers and ensure timely deliveries with correct documentation
  • Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy
  • Uphold and improve SOPs, health and safety practices, and site housekeeping
  • Monitor and maintain material handling equipment and storage systems
About You:
  • Proven experience in a despatch, logistics, or warehouse management role
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • A proactive approach to process improvement and safety compliance
  • Tech-savvy with good understanding of inventory and warehouse systems
