We are currently looking for qualified builders to join our small building company based in the Waikato. We work on a range of different building projects from conventionally framed new Residential Homes, Renovations, Solid Timber Lockwood Homes and even a bit of Straw Bale Eco Construction.  

We are after competent trade qualified builders with a very high standard of workmanship and good work ethic. You will need to work alone at times and have confidence making onsite decisions and the ability and confidence to communicate clearly with our clients and your work colleague's. 

Great potential within our building company for personal growth for the right applicant. 

You must have your own set of tools and a reliable work vehicle and be prepared to work the odd Saturday. We want someone fit and active who thrives on a good day’s work, also having interests and hobbies outside of work creating healthy work/life balance. 

Please don’t bother applying if you are the type that struggles to get out of bed on a Monday. We need someone ambitious who seeks continued learnings in the trade. 

We are looking for a wage earner who will start off on a good rate with a prompt pay rise if they can demonstrate the skills and attributes we are after.
