Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the company’s in achieving the highest level of sales goals, quality and store standards, people growth and customer service standards. This position is highly skilled in Hunan Resources, finance, and is capable of developing and maintaining an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within the operations team.

- Must be very familiar and understand the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) very well;
- Ensuring the sales budget;
- Achieving sales goals;
- Ensuring the cost control such as maintaining wage and food cost targets;
- Overseeing materials and inventory;
- Conducting budget reviews and reporting cost plans;
- Ensuring safety regulations;
- Must be available to spend more time as required to the company’s has problems such as sales, people and/or financial issues;
- Helping, Encouraging, Motivating to other staffs and developing their talent;
- Tracking required staffing levels and hiring new employees as needed;
- Must know the Managers and staffs well and have a good relationship;
- Must know who the potential new talent in the company’s is and who has the opportunity to grow;
- May organize local promotions and events as needed;
- Enhancing the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to strengthen internal capabilities;
- Managing data collection for updating performance metrics to achieve productivity goals, reduce cost per unit, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent customer service;
- Under the store evaluation programme, the goal is to improve the company of operation from quality, service, cleanliness, food safety program and all operations under the system;
- Making decisions on new staffing, as well as suggestions for Managers positions;
- Implementing monthly food safety program audit and help the program up and running to comply with local regulations;
- Overseeing the accounts payable and accounts receivable departments;
- Leading a team in a high-pressure environment, focusing on urgent tasks such as career development plans and problem-solving for direct reports, while boosting motivation and providing support;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve unique tools and systems;
- Annual Conferences and any other meetings required;
- May organize any meetings which will be relevant to the success, training and improvement of his stores, and ask the relevant people to attend, such as Refresher courses, other staff refresher courses, training sessions etc;
Operations Manager required skills
- At least 5 years of work experience as a Manager and/or equivalent qualification;
- Work experience relevant to the hospitality business is required;
- Good command in Japanese (oral) is preferred;
- Sufficient knowledge in food handling and hospitality business is a must;
